ADMINISTRATIVE LAW SPECIALIST
Administrative Law Specialist - Paralegal Certificate
One of the tenets of paralegal ethics is that a paralegal may not give legal advice or represent another person on a legal matter. Administrative representation is the huge exception to that tenet. Most administrative agencies allow for non-lawyer representation. A paralegal is the perfect fit for the legal administration process. Administrative representation is very similar in structure to court representation. There is a pre-hearing stage, the hearing itself, and administrative appeal.
