Management and Supervision Certificate

Managers and supervisors in today’s corporate environment must stay abreast of the trends and skill sets necessary to compete in the workplace. Knowledge of the problem-solving process and possessing sharp negotiating skills are essential to the effective management and resolution of conflict in the workplace. This Certificate program offers learning in the areas of recognizing how conflict situations arise in the workplace and understanding the benefits of utilizing facilitation methods for conflict resolution. Key areas of focus include techniques for identifying cultural differences that affect your communication style.

Upon successful completion of the Management and Supervision Certificate program, the participant will be able to demonstrate proficiency in:
