Course Description: In this experiential interactive course we will be visiting ways we can develop a sense of purpose and tap into the joy and harmony that is always there. We will explore strategies to help us manage stress to live a joyful and balanced life.

Week 1: How we communicate with ourselves and others; Becoming aware and changing self-defeating messages.

Week 2: Taking and owning responsibility for our thoughts, feelings and actions.

Week 3: Increasing loving kindness and self compassion for ourselves and others.

Week 4: How gratitude will and can enhance our joy of living.

Week 5: Celebrating our uniqueness.

Week 6: Discovering ways where we can go for refuge. The positive outcome of self compassion.
