Constitutional Law (Zoom Only)

OSH 193 / Non Credit
Course taught in: English
Locations:

Course Description: We live in a confusing time. Often it’s hard to distinguish between politics and the legal system. But there is a difference. The goal of this class is to explore in a productive way how and why courts reach some of their more controversial decisions. The focus is not on whether we agree with those decisions but to understand them and how they affect the preservation of constitutional rights.

Instructor:  Harvey Sepler, J.D., Ph.D.
