The Art of Digital Photography (In-Person Only)

Course Description:  Learn how to catch and record close-ups of animals, plants and panoramic subtropical landscapes.  This 6-week course combines 3 classroom instructions/reviews with 3 outdoor photo safaris, followed by thoughtful critiques in the OLLI computer room.

PowerPoint and digital image presentations will serve as demos. Topics include aperture, shutter speed, and ISO settings, exposure, resolution, supplemented in the classroom sessions with Adobe PSE photographic enhancement demos.

Field trips include the UM Campus, Miami Zoo, and Fairchild or Pinecrest Gardens


Note: You will need a digital camera with a zoom lens OR a smart phone.
