Contract Law Concentration - Paralegal Certificate

Contracts are utilized in a multitude of contexts, impacting individual and corporate transactions in various settings. An understanding of contract theory provides a foundation for an in depth analysis of the different facets of contract law. Accounting for stakeholders, recognizing entity structure capacities and impacts associated with contract law cross over into other correlated areas of law, reviewing contract elements and requirements, accounting for court interpretation, forecasting potential remedies, and recognizing enforcement processes are integral to working in contract law as a paralegal. The learning foundation, connected with enhanced legal research and writing skills centered on contract law, provides a competitive advantage in the industry.
