Evaluate and polish your writing. Write effective instructions, procedures, proposals, and reports. Integrate visuals into your documents. Work on paragraph development. Editing emphasis is on cohesiveness, conciseness, clarity and effectiveness of documents.

Focus on effective, persuasive spoken communication skills, including preparation, structure, delivery strategy, use of visual aids, and handling question and answers. In this class, you will practice persuading, handling questions and answer sessions, and strategic and financial presentations. Voice coaching component included to improve pacing, articulation, and fluency.
