In the Organizational Leadership Certificate program, learning will encompass the essential skills needed for effective project management, communication, trust building, self-awareness, and motivating others. Effective leaders must possess the tools to model and maintain ethics in the workplace. Additionally, the ability to recognize how conflict situations arise in the workplace and diagnose those issues is critical to an organization’s success. Framing organizational challenges is a critical step to leading a group through conflict.
