Group Facilitation Certificate

Consultants and employees will benefit from the skills gained. The Group Facilitation Certificate program focuses learning on group dynamics, guiding groups to sustainable outcomes utilizing the problem-solving process, and how to maintain order in groups. Familiarity with techniques for framing challenges facing groups through the exploration of communication, trust building, self-awareness, and motivation strategies will be a critical aspect of the knowledge gained to manage conflict situations that arise in the workplace.

Upon successful completion of the Group Facilitation Certificate program, the participant will be able to demonstrate proficiency in:

  • Enabling groups to work through the problem-solving process to reach sustainable outcomes
  • Understanding how to maintain order in groups
  • Framing challenges facing clients
  • Exploring communication, trust building, self-awareness, and motivation
  • Explaining how conflict situations arise in the workplace

The Group Facilitation Certificate program is 8 weeks in length. This program is offered fully online.
