Problem Solving and Decision-Making Strategies Certificate

Problems are inherent in the workplace on an ongoing basis. Ensuring problems are dealt with effectively and efficiently is integral to workplace continuity.  Proactive problem solving is a critical skill for those in the workplace faced with organizational challenge that necessitates analysis and problem solving.   Overcoming barriers to problem solving is associated with the ability to resolve a variety of workplace issues.
