Leadership in Instructional Design and Technology Certificate

To earn the Leadership in Instructional Design and Technology Certificate, you'll need to complete four courses from this learning path.
Core Courses (Required):

- Learn how to manage diverse teams and be aware of and sensitive to religious, racial, and cultural norms.

- Managing Instructional Design Initiatives
- In this course, participants integrate the competencies of instructional design and development with the leadership, innovative thinking, and communication skills needed to become competent leaders.

Electives (Select 2 courses):
- Universal Design for Learning (UDL)
- Examine current UDL principles and trends as well as how to leverage that knowledge to create deeper engagement and comprehension.
- Practices in Online Instructional Design
- Apply tested theories of learning to online education.
- Fundamental Skills of Instructional Technologists
- This course is recommended for K-12 Educators and Administrators. Learn to oversee the smooth implementation of technology throughout your organization.
