Organizational Leadership Certificate

This Certificate provides the participant with a basic understanding of project management, communication skills, trust building, self-awareness, and how to motivate others. The participant will learn techniques to recognize conflict situations that arise in the workplace, frame the challenges faced, and create and maintain an ethical workplace.
