Negotiation Skills for the Event Planner

This Certificate provides the participant with the skills to manage the logistics and analyze the business side of meetings and events. The participant will gain an understanding of the role of negotiation in meeting and event planning and the persuasive techniques utilized to frame and adapt interests in negotiations.
