Philip Cohen, Master Certified Coach, has a passion for working with business owners and senior executives. His expertise is in helping clients look at situations from a variety of perspectives, including challenging current beliefs and attitudes that might be hindering his client. By working with Philip, his clients often have more options to choose from and can make better choices about actions to take. Rather than just giving them answers, Philip works in partnership with his clients to find customized solutions that fit the client. Once a course of action is decided on, Philip assists by helping his client stay focused and adjust course if necessary. Actions are important, but worthwhile results are what counts.

Philip's background and training is uniquely suited to being a coach. He was a CPA and consultant for over 20 years. He worked with hundreds of companies in all phases of growth, from start up, through operations, to exit. As a CPA, he learned about systems and process. As a consultant, he worked with clients on managing and growing their companies. In addition to working with clients, he was managing partner of his accounting firm. This is where he learned the realities of running his own business, not just looking at other people's companies from the outside. To build on his strong business background, he pursued an extensive coach training program. This is where he enhanced his communication skills, leaned coaching skills, and got more training in human behavior..He has continued his personal growth with a variety of continuing education He has been coaching full time since 1994 and is on the faculty of Coach U and The University of Miami. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the International Coach Federation, and was their Treasurer for four years.

She is known for her practical approach, evocative coaching style, and for promoting essential think time as the foundation for executive success.

As a former corporate executive, Ellen brings twenty years of management and executive experience to her coaching from the telecommunications and information technology industries where she managed multi-million dollar start up and turnaround initiatives. She held diverse positions in marketing, sales, information technology, operations, human resources, and government affairs. Her areas of business expertise include leadership, business management and development, strategic planning, new product development, product marketing and product management.

Ellen is one of several hundred coaches worldwide awarded the designation of Master Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Ellen holds a certificate in coaching, a B.S in Computer Science and an M.S. in Management. She attended Executive Management Training Programs at Duke University and Arizona State University. Ellen has been a featured leadership expert at the monster.com Leadership Center. She is a contributing author to the ASTD published book, “Coaching for Extraordinary Results”, the co-author of “Executive Think Time – Thinking That Gets Results”, “Executive Foundation – 5 Essential Skills for Senior Leaders”, and “From Cross Purposes to Cooperation – The 10 Factors That Unify a Cross Functional Team”.

Ellen is an adjunct instructor for the Columbia University Teachers College Executive Coaching Program, the University of Texas at Dallas Executive Coaching Program and the Certified Professional Coach Program at the University of Miami. She is the past President for the NJ Chapter of the ICF and the Founder and Past President of the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) Alumni Association Executive Program Chapter. She also serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for LitWorld in New York City. Ellen resides in Warren NJ with her husband Tom.

She primarily focuses on leadership development, high-level team performance and interpersonal and coaching skills to enrich collaboration, innovation, retention and overall performance. Bobbi is known for her direct style, support and lightness in addressing the serious issues in the workplace for successful and sustainable results. Her clients range from Fortune 500 companies, Government Agencies, Academics and Medical Facilities, etc.

Bobbi is an adjunct faculty member in the Certified Professional Coach program at University of Miami, in the Health Care Coaching Institute at Virginia Tech, and in the HR development curriculum at University of South Florida. She also serves as both a facilitator and coach for MBA students at University of Tampa.

Susan has been professionally coaching/training executives and leaders for over 29 years. She was one of the first 20 coaches in the world to be awarded the Master Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation. Susan calls on her extensive background in sales and sales management, having worked in broadcasting and advertising as a sales executive and regional sales manager.

Susan works with executives, managers, business owners, and physician leaders, to deepen their leadership development in a thought-provoking process that supports them in achieving their organization and personal goals with sustainable, high-impact results.

Change is not usually comfortable, and having an objective partner who listens, provides new insight, and moves the client forward, are valuable in creating change.

Margaret coaches issues of significance for her clients, including executive and leadership development, strategic planning with bottom line results, team communication and growth, and cultural transformation. Russ Long is the President of Change Innovations, LLC, an executive coaching and leadership development consulting firm. He draws on thirty years of executive experience in the business and non-profit sectors where he served as a chief executive officer, consultant and entrepreneur. His coaching clients include executives, entrepreneurs, healthcare, government and other professional leaders. His work has impacted Merck, Comcast, Boeing, American Red Cross, Kaiser-Permanente, Abbott Labs, Federal Aviation Administration, North Texas Tollway Authority and other business and government organizations. He specializes in the areas of change initiatives, team building, board development, culture change, marketing and operational improvement.

A hands-on business leader, Agnes was voted in 2013 to the Board of Directors of Aircastle LLC, a multi-billion-dollar global company that acquires, leases and sells high-utility commercial jet aircraft to airlines world-wide. She also chairs the Board of the Institute of Professional Psychology Studies, where she teaches Coach-Based Consulting™.

Over her 20 years in executive development, Agnes has not only coached across many industries, but also designed and delivered leadership and management development programs in English and Spanish in the Americas, and worked with public Boards and senior teams on their efficacy.

Agnes Mura’s personal journey as a leader was forged in her escape from communist Romania; then included teaching and managing an academic program in Germany, helping break the Soviet boycott of the 1984 Olympics as the Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee’s Envoy, followed by a ten-year senior career in international banking, last at Bankers Trust Co. of New York. Fluent in six languages, she holds a Master's degree in Philosophy and Linguistics from Cologne University, Germany; and a BA from Edinburgh University, UK.

As an executive, Terrie’s career has spanned 25+ years in various management and leadership positions, in both the private and public sectors. She was CEO of an international coach training and leadership development company, managing partner of an IT consulting firm and a Federal manager in Washington, DC overseeing large scale projects. She managed the department that sold US Treasury securities, led the automation efforts for a program housing $10B in government assets, and directed an outplacement program for 1,000 employees. She knows, first-hand, what it takes to build teams, lead large scale change and manage complexity. Her passion for people eventually led her to become an executive coach so she could support others in navigating the mine fields, pitfalls and lind spots inherent in playing a bigger game.

In the profession of coaching, Terrie is a pioneer in the field. She helped develop the core coaching competencies being used today as the standard of coaching professionalism worldwide. She is a former Board Member of the International Coach Federation, has managed coach training programs at three U.S. Universities, and is a contributing author to several books on coaching and leading. She is the author of the forthcoming book, The Big Re-Think, for change agents who want to help others make big, sustainable changes. She currently teaches at the University of Miami, in Asia and Europe.

One of Terrie’s passions is working with women leaders who want to make a greater, positive impact in their organization.
